Terms of Use
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Launch note: This is a practical starter policy for the demo storefront. J&M Digital LLC should have its final policies reviewed for the selected merchant solution, fulfillment process, and applicable law before launch.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern purchases from and use of The Age-in-Place Blueprint website and digital products offered by J&M Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using the materials, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products
The products are delivered electronically. No physical book, binder, disc, or other item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased materials for your own personal or household planning. You may print reasonable copies for that use and share selected completed planning pages with family members or professionals assisting the same household.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices from, or make the complete product files available to others.
4. Educational purpose
The materials provide general educational and organizational information. They are not a home inspection, safety certification, medical assessment, occupational therapy evaluation, building-code review, construction specification, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantee that a person can remain safely or independently in a particular home.
5. Professional help
You are responsible for deciding when to consult qualified professionals. Structural work, electrical and plumbing changes, mobility or transfer concerns, permits, product installation, legal planning, financing, and individual health needs may require licensed or appropriately credentialed assistance.
6. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases. Payment processing is handled by the merchant solution identified at checkout. The merchant processor may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, customers receive access to the files included in the purchased package. Customers are responsible for downloading the files promptly, maintaining backups, and using compatible hardware and software.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
9. Accuracy and updates
We work to provide useful and accurate general information, but homes, personal circumstances, costs, codes, technologies, products, services, and professional recommendations vary. We do not promise that every statement will remain current or apply to every household.
10. Intellectual property
The website, product text, graphics, layouts, tools, worksheets, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to J&M Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&M Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
